My partner and I wanted to work through an issue in our marriage where we were at an impasse. In an effort to improve our relationship, we contacted Fresh Solutions Therapy. We chose this particular clinic as we appreciated their flexibility in scheduling (we required evening appointments) and the fact that services were available online. This was helpful in light of the pandemic but also because we live a couple of hours away from the Toronto area. After a few sessions, we both feel we are back on track. Our therapist was non-judgmental and allowed us to express our views in a respectful and meaningful manner, helping us appreciate each other's position. Although I need it I definitely didn’t like therapy and talking about my issues. They make it so easy here. It’s more of a conversation with a friend then it is therapy. At least it feels that way. I always walk away feeling like I’ve learned something about myself. They have helped me tremendously. I highly recommend them.
